ABOUT DR. GRETCHEN GAGEL

Dr. Gretchen Gagel, Managing Director of Greatness Consulting Ltd Pty and Chair, Brinkman Construction, began her career in construction as an engineering intern for Lone Star Gas in Dallas, Texas, in 1983. She has spent over four decades as a strategic advisor in the construction industry and was inducted into the US National Academy of Construction in 2021. Gretchen’s Greatness Podcast focuses on the world’s leading thinkers sharing their ideas on creating greatness. Gretchen’s degrees include a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from the University of Denver, and a PhD in Organization Learning, Performance and Change from Colorado State University.
